The client portal
What your clients see
After every visit, the household reads the story of it: what the crew did, why it was the moment, what they noticed and what comes next. Each month the stories come together in their Estate Garden Report.
After every visit
A story, not a work order.
When the crew wraps up, Kloro drafts the visit’s story from what they recorded: the work, the photos they marked for the client, and the plant timing behind it from Kloro’s advisories. Your office reads it, changes what it likes, and publishes it.
The household sees the garden through the eyes of the people who tend it, with the name and number of the horticulturist to call.

What we did
We divided the daylilies at the sunny end of the long border, which had grown into one solid mat, and replanted the healthiest outer pieces at the spacing they started with.
Why now
Daylilies divided in early September root in well before the ground cools.
What we noticed
Some of the old clumps had rotted in the center, so we composted those pieces and kept only the firm outer ones.
What’s next
Bulbs are on order; they go in next month.

You publish
Nothing reaches your client until you publish it.
Every story waits in Client updates until someone at your firm reads it, changes what they like and publishes it, and each month’s Report waits the same way. A firm that would rather not review every story can let them go out on their own after a delay it chooses, unless someone holds one.
Every month
The Estate Garden Report.
The month’s visits become one Report: a note from your horticulturist, every story, the garden bed by bed with what was tended, and what is coming next month.
