About Kloro
Estate horticulture is its own trade. The firms that keep high-value private gardens employ horticulturists, not just crews. They track a hundred distinct species on a single property. They answer to owners who expect the place to look right every week of the season, and who notice when it doesn’t.
The software available to them was built for route work — mow, blow, invoice, repeat. Everything those tools treat as an edge case is our main case: plant-level records, seasonal care programs, biology-timed scheduling, and client reporting worthy of the properties you keep.
What we build
Every plant on every property tracked as a living asset with its own history. Visits, crews, and scheduling. Field capture built for working hands. Garden journals that turn maintenance into something an owner wants to read. Estimates, invoices, and ACH payment in the same system that did the work.
And underneath it, the part nobody else does: Kloro reads live Growing Degree Day accumulation from each property’s local weather station and flags the window in which a given species should actually be pruned, sprayed, or fed — then runs the schedule around it.
A hydrangea doesn’t read a calendar. Neither should the software.
The company
Kloro LLC is a Minnesota limited liability company, organized under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 322C on June 13, 2026, and based in the Twin Cities. It was founded by Corey Gallagher and Andrea Gallagher, and the product has been in development since December 2025. Corey builds the product; Andrea runs the company. It is bootstrapped — no outside investors, no board, no runway clock.
Kloro is live in production and onboarding Minnesota estate horticulture firms. We set up every account personally and build alongside the firms that run on it, because the fastest way to make software a firm can’t operate without is to build it next to one.

Co-founder & CEO
Corey started Kloro because the best horticulturists he knows carry their whole operation in their heads, and the software industry has only ever offered them lawn-care tools. A software engineer by trade, he builds the product end to end, from the phenology engine to the crew app.

Andrea runs everything that is not code: finance, contracts, and customer operations. She keeps the company disciplined and its clients answered within the day.
