Questions firms ask first
- How is Kloro priced?
- One flat monthly price for the firm, set by how many crews you run. Every horticulturist, crew lead and coordinator gets a login with no per-seat charge, there is no annual contract and no onboarding fee. We give you the number for your firm on the first call.
- What does setting up involve?
- We load your properties, plants and service plans from whatever you run on today, another field-service system or a set of spreadsheets, then walk your team through it. Your first login already looks like your operation.
- Do we need our own weather station?
- No. Kloro reads daily temperatures for each property’s station location. Minnesota properties read the Minneapolis–St Paul station today.
- Does it work on the crew’s phones?
- Yes. Crew leads run the day from their phones: the route, punches, visit notes and photos. Punches taken without a signal stay on the phone and send once the signal is back and Kloro is open.
- Does it connect to QuickBooks?
- Not yet; a QuickBooks bridge is next on our roadmap. Today Kloro builds invoices from the work, collects ACH payments itself and exports approved hours for payroll.
- What happens in winter?
- Winter is when firms set up. We load your properties and plants over the off-season, so the first advisories of spring arrive in the system your crews already know.
- Who owns our data?
- You do, and each firm’s data is kept separate. From their own pages you can export clients, properties, materials, employees, vehicles, equipment and invoices as CSV; ask for anything else, your plant inventory, visit history and photos included, and we export it for you. If you leave, we keep your data for 90 days so you can retrieve it, then delete it permanently.
