- Is there a charge per user?
- No. A plan covers your whole team. Pricing follows the size of the operation, counted in crews, because that is what drives the work Kloro does for you.
- What happens in winter?
- From December to March the account drops to the $99 winter pause. Nothing is archived: your properties, plant records, journals and invoices stay exactly where they are, and spring picks up where fall left off.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are month to month. You can pause or leave at any time and export what is yours.
- How does migration work?
- We do it. Send us whatever you run on today, from a spreadsheet to another platform's export, and we load your properties, plants and service plans before your first crew logs in.
- What does the founding rate mean?
- Firms that start this season keep the rate they sign up at for three years, whatever we charge new customers later.
